Dr. Sambé Nauana (Tibna) is a seasoned statesman, public administrator, and human security expert with decades of leadership across migration governance, refugee protection, public administration, and state security in West Africa.

Dr. Sambe is a leading counterterrorism analyst, peacebuilding expert, and security researcher, currently serving as the Regional Director (West Africa) at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change. In this role, he leads strategic initiatives focused on countering violent extremism, insurgency analysis, and governance reform, while advising governments and institutions on security strategy, stabilization efforts, and policy responses to terrorism across the region.

Within ACCTSLA, he anchors institutional governance, migration security, and refugee-related human security frameworks.
